Manufactured from heavy duty aluminum, the Hearth Bake Disk uses Lloyds’ Pre-Seasoned Tuff-Kote (PSTK) PTFE/PFOA-free coatings to convey heat evenly for consistently superior results. Engineering innovations alter the disk specifications into a newly designed pizza disk especially for fast bake conveyor pizza ovens.
