Shipping and Handling Fees
WITHIN the Continental USA:
If rates can be calculated for shipping options, they will be displayed. Otherwise, choices stating "Actual Freight Added" will be determined at time of shipping and added to invoice at actual cost.
OUTSIDE the Continental USA:
Complete your online order including your credit card information; your card will only be authorized, not charged, at this time. We will then email a confirmation including shipping fees to you. Once we receive your approval for the total amount, your order will be shipped and your card will then be charged for the entire order.
INTERNATIONAL:
The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, etc. that may be assessed upon delivery of their order.
Lead time
In-stock items will ship within two business days. Our customer service representatives can advise you of lead times for custom and out-of-stock items. Generally, we can have an item manufactured and ready to ship in six to ten business days.
Transit time is not included and should be added to lead time to estimate the arrival date of your order.
Express Shipping
Overnight, Second Day or Express Saver 3-Day delivery is available via Federal Express for an additional charge. You will receive an email from us with the express fees. Please respond with your approval and your order will promptly ship.
Warranties
LloydPans warrants all products against defects in material or workmanship from date of purchase for a period of 90 days. We will repair or replace defective products, but will not be responsible for any consequential damages including any claim of lost profits.
Returns
No merchandise will be returned without prior authorization. All returned goods will be shipped at customer’s expense. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on returned goods. We assess this charge even on authorized returned goods if the return is not due to a LloydPans error.
Legal
This sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without giving effect to its choice of law or conflict of principles. In the event of a dispute of any nature arising between LloydPans and customer, venue shall be proper in Spokane County, Washington Superior Court and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

All of our pans are manufactured in our plant in Spokane, WA including metal forming and spinning, hard coat anodizing and PSTK finishing.
