TERMS OF SALE
Lead time
All orders are scheduled to ship within a specified time frame from the date the order is processed in-house. At Lloyd Industries, Inc. we manufacture most of the products we carry and lead times allows us the opportunity to build orders in the event of temporary shortages. Often, we ship ahead of maximum lead-time required, inventory permitting.
Transit time is not included and should be factored separately when calculating the expected date of arrival of selected equipment.

Shipping and Handling Fees Inside the Continental USA
Shipping & Handling charges will be added to orders less than $200. Free GROUND freight is available for orders that meet or exceed $200.

Express Shipping
Options for express shipping:
- Overnight (DHL1) or Second day (DHL2) delivery
- Express shipping does not expedite the order process (orders still process according to the above lead times), it only expedites the SHIPPING transit time.
- Cost for express shipping is determined at the time of departure and is calculated by box quantities, weight, dimensions and the express option chosen.
- Upon cost assignment a secondary charge will be made to the card used at the time of the initial purchase and an email notification will be sent with the amount of the charge and a copy of the transaction/receipt.
Shipping and Handling Fees Outside the Continental USA
All available options available to Lloyd Industries, Inc. will be reviewed to determine the best and least expensive mode of shipment. After establishing the appropriate carrier an email will be sent to you within 1-2 business days requesting your approval of the shipping expense. Orders are not processed until authorization has been received. Additionally, international customers are responsible for any and all associated fees including customs, duties, and applicable taxes.
International Shipments
Shipping service to overseas destinations is not offered. However, our international customers are encouraged to take advantage of our free standard delivery service offer for qualifying orders to ship to any U.S. port city of their choice. Responsibility for the final transport of equipment from any U.S. port city rests with our international customers. Additionally, international customers are responsible for any and all associated fees including customs, duties, and applicable taxes. For those customers with qualifying online orders of not less than $200 who choose to use our free standard delivery service offer to ship to a U.S. port city of choice, we'll provide both weight and dimensional characteristics of selected equipment in order to facilitate final transport.
Backorders
Lloyd Industries, Inc. will ship all backorders unless otherwise advised to cancel by customer.
Volume Discounts
Orders of $200 (US) or more, exclusive of S&H fees or applicable taxes shall be eligible for the following discounts:

- Items which are already discounted, such as those included in any “Specials” which we may offer shall be excluded from your total order amount.
Warranties
Lloyd Industries, Inc. warrants all products against defects in material or workmanship from date of purchase for a period of 90 days. We will repair or replace defective products, but will not be responsible for any consequential damages including any claim of lost profits.
Returns
No merchandise will be returned without prior authorization. All returned goods will be shipped at customer’s expense. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on returned goods. We assess this charge even on authorized returned goods if the return is not due to a Lloyd Industries error.
Legal
This sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without giving effect to its choice of law or conflict of principles. In the event of a dispute of any nature arising between Lloyd Industries and customer, venue shall be proper in Spokane County, Washington Superior Court and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
