The most important aspect of a quality square cake pan is its construction. Lloyd Pans uses .063 (14 ga.) Aluminum, straight sides and square corners, and an even wall thickness to produce consistent results every bake. For products requiring lids, order our square pan lids. For pans wider than 10 inches we recommend using a Heating Core or Heat V for more even baking.
